Romance in Florence is how I would describe the collection in Paris by Maria Grazia Chiuri and Pier Paolo Piccioli.
Hair was made up into crowns, and lace, leather and chiffon dresses were worn in cream, black, pale pink, fiery red, cornflower, lemon and tan. Typically Valentino, the clothes were very pretty and very romantic, and also very wearable.
Angelic floral lace. I especially love the cut of this strapless dress.
In palest pink this is heavenly.
Still pretty in black leather. Perfect for the city.
Bold, exciting red, to be worn in the throes of love.
Bubblegum pink for cocktail hour. Or during the day. Why not?
Cornflower blue chiffon with the prettiest delicate flowers.
I really want to run through a field of hay in this. Or else stroll past the porch of a very grand house.
Giant lace doily.
Love love love everything about this.
Sunshine...
I would actually love to see Elle Fanning wear this on the red carpet.
Beautifully subtle pale grey.
Freja finishes the show in a dress that should have been in the wardrobe of the Secret Garden.
These bags will be huge next Summer. I'll get one in white...
...or else in red, perfect with pink (hence it would go with every outfit I normally wear...).
